Dear Sir,
We have the honour to state that our school is one of the best schools in our locality. But the matter of sorrow is that our common room is not well furnished and has not any modern facilities. It does not provide much scope for enjoyment and entertainment. We have only one chessboard, one carrom board, and 2 daily newspapers for 600 students. There is also a crisis of seats and fans in our common room. We cannot enjoy our leisure time properly for lack of carom, chess, table tennis, etc. We do not have computer and internet facilities in our common room. So, we are being deprived of many modern facilities.

We, therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to increase common room facilities and oblige thereby.

যথাবিহীত সম্মানের সাথে জানাচ্ছি যে, আমাদের স্কুলটি আমাদের এলাকার সেরা স্কুলগুলির মধ্যে একটি। কিন্তু দুঃখের বিষয় আমাদের কমন রুম সুসজ্জিত নয় এবং আধুনিক সুযোগ-সুবিধা নেই। এটি উপভোগ এবং বিনোদনের জন্য খুব বেশি সুযোগ দেয় না। আমাদের কাছে ৬০০ জন শিক্ষার্থীর জন্য শুধুমাত্র একটি দাবাবোর্ড, একটি ক্যারাম বোর্ড এবং ২টি দৈনিক সংবাদপত্র রয়েছে। আমাদের কমনরুমেও সিট ও ফ্যানের সংকট রয়েছে। ক্যারাম, দাবা, টেবিল টেনিস ইত্যাদির অভাবে আমরা আমাদের অবসর সময়গুলো ভালোভাবে উপভোগ করতে পারি না। আমাদের কমন রুমে কম্পিউটার ও ইন্টারনেট সুবিধা নেই। তাই আমরা অনেক আধুনিক সুযোগ-সুবিধা থেকে বঞ্চিত হচ্ছি।

অতএব, আমরা প্রার্থনা এবং আশা করি যে আপনি কমন রুম সুবিধা বাড়াতে যথেষ্ট সদয় হবেন।
